The
registration is open and it is possible to register
either online or via mail.
For
online registration, the participant has to pay the
registration fee using the PayPal link below, download
the word format registration form, fill out the required
details and send the PDF version with subject as
"Registration Form" to the following email address:
pharmforum07@gmail.com
The online
registration ends 25th May 2007.
Participants can also register by sending their
registration form via mail along with cheque drawn as
per the instructions mentioned in the form.
