Basic Level instruction
This course will cover the following topics:

Anatomy of the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA); hardware accessories; navigating throughout your PDA; installing software; how to re-map application buttons; graffiti and alternative solutions; scheduling appointments; setting and choosing alarms; using your address/contacts book; and how to beam an item.

Intermediate Level instruction:
This course will cover the following topics:

Using command menu shortcuts; useful program extensions (hacks); launcher programs; disabling and enabling program conduits; back-up options; virtual memory managers to expand RAM; security and data encryption programs; personal information managers; importing, exporting and using Word/Excel files; using your PDA for PowerPoint presentations; data collection tools for Excel or Access; and other useful programs.
