Pharm.D. Program: Graduation Requirements

To receive the Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Tennessee, College of Pharmacy, a student must:
  1. Complete the required pre-pharmacy curriculum.
  2. Be in residence as a pharmacy student in an acceptable college of pharmacy for at least four annual sessions, with at least the last two annual sessions completed at UT College of Pharmacy.
  3. Maintain a cumulative grade point average in the professional curriculum of at least 2.33 out of 4.0.
  4. Attain a grade of "C" or above in all clerkship courses taken in the professional curriculum. Any course in which an "F" is received or any clerkship in which a "D" or "F" is received must be repeated with the student receiving a satisfactory grade before a student will be eligible to receive the Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
  5. Satisfy all financial obligations to UT Memphis
